Terms & Conditions

Before appointment is scheduled payments must be paid in full.
All cancellations must be done 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
No refunds for missed or absent from scheduled location confirmed appointments.
No refunds for canceled appointments less than 24 hours of appointments.
To cancel or reschedule appointments please call 407-545-4708.
Follow up visit for specimen pickups may require additional charges. Ex: urine/stool
L.M.L.S is not responsible for any processing charges required by third party laboratories.
L.M.L.S is not responsible for any charges declined or not covered by patients insurance.
L.M.L.S is not responsible for providing or retrieving test results from the processing laboratory.
